REORGANIZATION MEETING

The
meeting was called to order and Richard Shoch served as
chairperson.

Nomination for Chairman
Grier Boedker made the
motion to accept Thomas Mertz as Chairman. Edward Draugelis
seconded the motion. Unanimous.

Grier Boedker made the motion to accept Dave Barron as
Vice-Chairman. Edward Draugelis seconded the motion. Unanimous.

The Motion was made by Edward Draugelis to accept all other
positions to remain the same. Seconded by Grier Boedker.

The Mahoning Township Authority meet every third Monday of
the month at 7:00pm in the Mahoning Township Municipal Building
with the exception of the February meeting which will be held on
February 9, 2009.
The Supervisors were present to request $750.00 per month for
rent from the Authority for office and storage spaces and bay
area.
