 THE MAHONING TOWNSHIP AUTHORITY HELD THE MONTHLY MEETING AT THE MAHONING TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING . THE MEETING WAS HELD AT 7:00PM ON NOVEMBER 10, 2009.

THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER19, 2009 MEETING WERE READ.  MOTION TO APPROVE AS PRESENTED UNANIMOUS.

THE GALLAGHERS EXPERIENCED WATER DAMAGE TO THEIR BASEMENT AFTER WATER WAS TURNED OFF OVERNIGHT DUE TO REPLACING WATER MAIN ON RED LANE. WHEN THE WATER WAS TURNED ON A 1” LINE BURST ACCORDING TO THEIR STATEMENT. DAMAGE WAS CAUSED TO CARPET. BOARD SUGGESTED THE GALLAGHERS PRESENT AN ESTIMATE OF DAMAGE, WHICH WILL BE SUBMITTED TO INSURANCE.

MOTION TO ACCEPT WATER REPORT MADE BY DAVE BARRON ,SECOND GRIER BOEDKER

BRET WILL CONTACT DALE HECKMAN, PROJECT MANAGER CONCERNING NEW WATER INTERCONNECTION NEAR FROSTY VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB.

DALE WILL BE ASKED TO DESIGN SYSTEM.

DAVID DRUMHELLER REQUESTED AVAILABILITY FOR THE NEW WILLIAM ADMIRE PROPERTY. THE LATERAL AND SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE THE OWNERS RESPONSIBLIITY.

THE BOARD APPROVED AVAILABILITY. UNANIMOUS.

SECRETARY, LUCY HETTINGER WILL SEND LETTERS TO DAVE AND THE MAHONING TOWNSHIP ZONING OFFICER.

 

CONTROLEX HAS SUBMITTED NEW CONTRACT, THE PRICE IS $1920.00 PER YEAR AND HAS NOT INCREASED FROM LAST YEAR. ED DRAUGELIS ACCEPTED THE CONTRACT AND DAVE BARRON SECONDED THE MOTION. UNANIMOUS

 

SOLICITORS REPORT

 

NO NEW INFORMATION ON THE FROSTY VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB DEDICATION

 

RED LANE ASSOCIATION, ATTORNEY MICHETTI REQUESTED SPECIAL PURPOSE FEE AND SEWER FEE RESOLUTIONS. RICK SENT COPIES TO HIM.

 

OLD BUSINESS

T & S DEVELOPMENT---NO NEW INFO

 

GEORGE LEVAN, ARRO CONSULTING DID A WALK THROUGH OF RED LANE AND OAK ST AREAS FOR FINAL OF SIKORA BROS. PROJECT. SOME DRAINAGE ISSUES ON OAK ST. GEORGE WILL GIVE INFO TO LARRY DIETRICH. THE PRELIMINARY TAPES OF BOTH PROJECTS WILL BE SENT TO THE AUTHORITY FOR REVIEW.

FOCUS USE SHEETS REVIEWED AND APPROVED

 

GLEN WINTERSTEEN HAD A WATER LEAK ON SUNDAY OCT 25, 2009 AND BRET WAS CALLED OUT TO REPAIR. THE LEAK WAS THE HOMEOWNERS SERVICE. BILL FOR WORK WILL BE MAILED. TOTAL COST  $1884.18.

DAVE BARRON MOTIONED TO SEND INVOICE AND GRIER BOEDKER SECONDED THE MOTION. UNANIMOUS
