The Mahoning Township Authority held the monthly meeting on September 19, 2011 at 6:00pm at the Mahoning Township Municipal Building located at 1101 Bloom Rd., Danville, Pa..

The minutes of August 15, 2011 were read and approved. Unanimous

Outstanding Authority Items
Reviewed
Meters Tabled. Motion Grier Boedker second Ed Draugelis Unanimous
Bret will call Arro Consulting regarding issues for Generator upgrade.

Operators Report
Rte 11 meter repaired.
Water use is down.
Motion to approve report made by Grier Boedker, second Ed Draugelis. Unanimous.

Cooper Township Sewer and Water maps reviewed.

No response from Jonathon Littlewood at 1 st Keystone Bank.

Another letter received from DEP regarding the Pine Barn Inn project. Reviewed.

The Supervisors sent a letter to Seda-Cog stating they are not in favor of Regionalization at this time.

Grease trap correspondence received from Vintage Knolls requesting approval to pump every six months.

New Business
Mmo was reviewed by the Board and approved. Motion to approve made by Dave Barron, second Dick Jordan. Unanimous.

Contract received from Rockwell for Telemetry Software. Bret will call Bob Stauder to question.

I and I reports reviewed

Focus report reviewed . Grier Boedker asked for spreadsheet of the total use of Focus since purchased.

Time off sheets. Motion to accept made by Grier Boedker, second Dave Barron Unanimous.

Delinquents reviewed
All bills previously paid or paid now approved. Motion to approve bills made by Grier Boedker.
Dave Barron made motion to approve all bills with the exception of Home Depot. Taxes were charged
on the tax exempt account. Unanimous to pay all bills with the exception of the taxed amount.
