The regular monthly meeting of the Mahoning Township Supervisors was held this evening at the Mahoning Township Municipal Building at 4:30 PM.

RUN OFF – 52 OVERLOOK: Mrs. Latshaw explained that she has a problem with run-off from a township road. Since the Zoning Officer and Township Engineer have both been to the site several times and determined that the problem is not a township problem, but that of the property owner, no action was taken.

MINUTES AND TREASURER’S REPORT for November were approved by the Board with no alterations or corrections, motion Mr. Miller, second Mr. Earlston.

SOLICITOR:

ZONING/UCC: December report submitted.

POLICE DEPARTMENT: December report submitted.

STREET DEPARTMENT: December report submitted.

DIESEL FUEL QUOTES: Have not been received, however, the Board by motion of Mr. Miller, second Mr. Earlston voted in favor of accepting the quote of whoever supplies the low bid.

CHRISTMAS TREE PICK UP: Set for January 9rd to the 30st, Monday’s from7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

ENGINEER’S REPORT: Engineer’s Report for December was submitted and required no action by the Board.

FIRE DEPARTMENT: November report read by the Chief.

There was no old business to come before the Board this evening.

CDL CONTACT PERSON: The Board by motion of Mrs. DeLong, second Mr. Earlston voted in favor of naming Mr. Miller to be the official contact person for CDL drug testing.

REORGANIZATION: Scheduled and will be advertised for Monday, January 3, 2012at 4:30 PM.
