An overall summary of the topic being addressed was given at the beginning of this special meeting, the Board also set ground rules for the tone of the room during the discussion; adding that everyone would be given a chance to speak, but acknowledging that everyone must be respectful of each other addressing their concerns, as this is an explosive subject which has been ongoing for many years, and that mud throwing and name calling will not help us resolve this situations which is what our goal is today, before we ever leave this room, to have a plan of action solution in place.

George Grose, DEP, Gerald Wertz, PA DOT, John Mazich, Township Engineer and Dean VonBlohn, Township Zoning Officer asked and were excused to go on site to determine what would be necessary for an emergency permit.

After much discussion, the Board agreed to sign the DEP emergency permit with indemnification from all property owners along the stream and have temporary maintenance agreements in place. Motion Mr. Miller, second Mr. Earlston.

Mr. Miller then motioned in favor of adjourning, Mr. Earlston seconded.
